The Frenchie is another awesome tungsten beadhead nymph that is in every Guide’s fly box on the Missouri River.  (At least the local Guides that know the river!).  The Frenchie was designed by Umpqua Signature Tyer, Lance Egan, and he’s used it in Euronymph set ups as well as under a Bobber, like is so popular here on the MO.  The popularity of this fly pattern has gone up and up every season.  It’s a great mayfly nymph and we have a lot of mayflies here on the MO!

If you order one of our Missouri River Fly Assortments, you’ll probably see a few of these flies in that box.

(Note- There may be slight variations from the photos as we have several tiers and slight differences in dye batches in the materials. But not to worry, all of them are fish catching little morsels!)
