The flows are now about 4,160 cfs (normally ~6250). Water temps at the dam are ~53, a bit warmer down river. May is slipping away, the water is staying low and the bugs are coming out in force. The clouds are helping the fishing, especially the dry fly fishing and the streamer fishing. We are seeing more bugs and more variety of bugs on the water as the water temps creep into the low to mid 50’s. Plan your days smart and you can have a great day on the Missouri River!
