Got Wind? Then throw a bugger.

You’ll have some rain and wind for the next few days out here on the good ole’ Missouri River. I’ll tell ya, Bill and myself love nothing better than a rainy, windy 45 degree bugger day. Between the rain and the wind, you will find some calm periods on the stream. If you do find yourself posting up on a nice pod of risers throw out the parachute adams size #16 in the riffles, #18 in the calm.

Nymphing is till doing great, small and flashy is still the way to go. Bigger Pheasant tails on the lower stretches also is producing well.
