Shop Staff Notes: Question -Why would you wear comfortable and practical, quick-dry pants but have cotton underwear as your base layer? That’s not very practical and certainly not comfortable! These ExOfficio Give-N-Go underwear are simply the MOST COMFORTABLE underwear you can put on! These are the best base layer for wearing in all four seasons -excellent for wet wading in summer, and under midweight layers in fall and spring and under heavyweight layers in winter. My favorite story with these underwear was our “old man staff member,” the late, Jim Bowerman, stating, “Why would anyone buy a pair of underwear for $26?!” But, Jim did break down and bought 1 pair for a fly fishing trip he was taking to Costa Rica. When he got back, he said those things are amazing and bought 5 more pairs to use as his everyday underwear! He became our best salesman for these garments after that and said that $26 was cheap for the comfort and performance that you get from these Give-N-Go underwear!
