If there is any damage we am aware of, it will be noted it in the description. As an Orvis Dealer, we sometimes use Orvis stock photography for items we sell. What about returns or exchanges?  Not a problem, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please send back the products in its new condition with all it’s tags attached. You’ll receive 100% of your purchase price refunded if the item(s) are returned to us within 14 days of your receiving the item(s) once item(s) has been received. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to ship items back. If you are exchanging, you will be charged a reship fee.
