The PRO Wader is the most durable, abrasion-resistant, and feature-rich wader we’ve ever built. Built with exclusive 100% CORDURA® fabric with four layers in the upper and five layers in the lower, the addition of a TIZIP® Masterseal waterproof zipper tested for more than 200 days, provides a remarkable level of combined convenience and performance. In the upper are split fleece-lined handwarmer pockets, two external storage pockets with YKK AquaGuard® coated zippers, and split Hypalon daisy chain for tool docking. Inside are two internal storage pockets for fly boxes and accessories. Adjustable elastic suspenders with opposing buckles for waist-high conversion. The five-layer lower incorporates removable OrthoLite® X25 knee pads, PU cage mesh gravel guards to eliminate drag and water collection, and anatomically correct neoprene booties. Athletic Fit. The new Orvis PRO Zipper Wader is quite simply the toughest, most feature rich and most CONVENIENT pair or waders you can wear.  The zipper is super legit waterproof and easy to use. If you’re over 50 or like your morning coffee or a few brews on the river during the day, these are the wader for you!  These heavy duty waders can be worn in all 4 seasons as you can unzip and vent in the summer when you’re wading in cold water and layered underneath for cold weather -but still allow you to ‘go’ without removing your 4 layers.  We loved the original Orvis PRO Wader but these now offer that same awesomeness with the convenience of a waterproof zipper.  They are not inexpensive but are worth it if you want the best wader out there.  We recommend pairing these zippered stockingfoot waders with the new Orvis PRO BOA Wader Boot  or  Orvis PRO Wader Boot  or the versatile Korkers Darkhorse,  For wading in the colder three seasons (Autumn, Winter and Spring), get yourself a pair of Orvis PRO Underwader Pant or Redington I/O Fleece Pants to where under these waders to stay warm, dry and comfy -and catch more fish!
